Selecting a first cask for bottling isn't easy: you know what you like yourself, but will you be able to select a whisky that others like as well? And in case you managed to pick a winner, it gets even more difficult selecting the next one, since you want it to be at least as good, or even better than the first one. I hope, and I think we're successful with our first three casks.

We set out to bottle Scottish Single Malt, since that's our first (but no longer our only) love. But who knows what the future might bring. Maybe one day you'll see a Brachadair single grain, or maybe one of the great single malts you can find in all parts of the world now.
